Rick, Just wanted to say thank you for your suggestions on the stair paneling and chair rail height. I appreciate the fact that you gave us an opportunity to reconsider the height... sometimes things look good on paper but in reality, they don’t work. Also, Larry seems quite pleased with his large closet under the stairs. He said it’s quite large.
